香辣大虾鸡爪蟹肉煲

1.清理准备食材:

(1)凤爪加料酒姜片焯水后冷水浸泡;

(2)螃蟹洗净一分为四、沾生粉炸至金黄;

(3)大虾洗净去线微炸;

(4)土豆块煎至边角略焦黄;

(5)准备好各种辅料

2.锅中油热至6成,加入花椒、八角、香叶、红辣椒、大蒜、洋葱、姜、葱,炒香后加入郫县豆瓣酱和蒜蓉辣椒酱。

3.加入焯过的凤爪,加入2勺生抽、1勺老抽、1勺蚝油、一勺冰糖和一勺料酒,翻炒均匀后倒入热水,中火焖煮20-30分钟。

4.放入所有食材翻动混合,再焖煮8-15分钟。

5.出锅品尝,味道一绝!
