深夜食堂红烧肉

  1. 五花肉切成麻将大小,姜切片
  2. 锅内放入少许油,下五花肉煎至表面焦黄
  3. 热油放入冰糖,融化粘稠后放入五花翻炒上色
  4. 加入盐、酱油、料酒烧滚
  5. 加适量水、姜片焖烧炖煮40分钟,收汁即可
