Mall of Couree is firmly committed to serving household demand in every community we cover. During this Covid-19 crisis, the safety of our customers, our employees and our partners is our priority. As part of protection measures, we provide contactless delivery by default during this period. If you have any delivery instructions, please leave message in the note section when checking out.
Download Mall of Couree mobile application from App Store or Google Play, or shop from our website https://mall.couree.com. Add the fresh products or daily supplies from any vendors. Estimate tax and shipping fee at check out. Enter payment information and place order. Orders will be delivered within 36 hours.
*Currently delivery covers Massachusetts, more regions will be reached in the near future.
Orders before 8:00am will arrive in the same day. Orders after 8:00am will arrive on the next day.
You can check the status of your order from [Order History] in [My account].
(1). The order will be in status of processing after you placing the order.
(2). The order will be in status of on hold when the order is being handled by the vendors.
(3). The order will be in status of Completed when it is delivered.
(4). The order status will show Refunded if the order is cancelled and refunded.
We are sorry that currently we don’t support editing items in the order.

Missing items due to out of stock will get refund automatically. If you prefer to obtain the item when vendors replenish, please contact our customer service, and we will deliver the item with your next order.
